Success Stories
When building something, a good foundation is the most important part. For me, the Sugar Ray Robinson Youth Foundation was my solid foundation.

It has helped me accomplish my life long dreams of participating in the Olympic Games. It kept me focused on reaching the finish line in a positive way, and it gave me hope and a belief in myself, my community and my future. The love given me by the Foundation will be with me forever. I only pass it on, because I learned it is far better to give than to receive." Florence Griffith Joyner, Olympic Gold Medalist (1959 to 1998)

Joanne Barnes is a former Foundation member; who currently holds the Guinness record for hula hoop twirling. She represents a host of youth who have pursued and achieved excellence in various athletic, cultural and professional disciplines. As you can see, your financial contributions to the Foundation are actually an investment in a cause with a long track record of yielding high returns . . . benefiting our youth and their future and enhancing our society.

"Because of the Sugar Ray Robinson Youth Foundation, I got a fighting chance. Literally! Join me in giving something back to an organization that has done so much for so many!" Henry Tillman, Olympic Gold Medalist
